What is health coaching?

Health Coaching is a powerfully transformative experience that supports people as they take back control of their health and weight.

I see you as a whole person and work with you using a prioritised, step-by-step plan to achieve your goals. Rather than just reading a book, or going to a group, this is tailored to you and your life.

I can cut through the confusion of contradictory information and the ‘one size fits all’ mentality. 

As a coach I motivate, encourage and guide you, so that you can achieve your goals.

It is an opportunity to have some 1:1 time with someone who will truly listen.

1:1 support and guidance to make those changes. I will hold your hand throughout the process. Remember I was where you are once, and I know how difficult it can seem to make changes, but how achievable they actually are with the right help.

What should you expect?

We will meet initially for a health coaching taster session (virtually) and we will go through a brief history of you and your goals together. This gives me an opportunity to understand you as a whole person, to identify any patterns I see and work with you holistically. 

During subsequent sessions, we work together to go through the steps of the Yo-yo Dieting Escape Plan so you can become slimmer and escape yo-yo dieting once and for all. 

Each session we will look at a different aspect of the plan and how we can tailor the changes you need to make to fit in with your life, so that you can achieve your goals. You will be amazed at how relatively small changes can make a big difference. 

In our final session, we have time to recap anything you would like and make any extra changes you need.

At the end of the 4 month program, we can renew if you wish to continue working together.
