True health is also about discovering which foods nourish your body. As your health coach, I can guide you through this process, enabling you to discover your best way of eating. It is not about following a fad diet, but finding the right foods for you; whilst improving your lifestyle overall to support your health as one. We all deserve to feel well and although food doesn’t solve every problem, healthy whole foods are the building blocks for good health.
It’s not all about food though, when we take care of our sleep, stress levels, gut bacteria and physical activity, these all benefit our health. As we feel better, it becomes easier to take good care of ourselves and this positive cycle continues.

What is health coaching?
Health Coaching is a powerfully transformative experience that supports people as they take back control of their health.
As a Health Coach I see you as a whole person and work with you to create a prioritised, step-by-step approach to helping you become an expert in your own health enabling you to take back control of your life and live it to the full.
I believe unreservedly in your capacity for change and will support, educate and empower you to find your way to better health.
I understand that you are an expert on your own life and remain respectful and non-judgemental in all interactions.
I can cut through the confusion of contradictory information and the ‘one size fits all’ mentality to help you create your own ‘Lifestyle Prescription’ that is suited to your needs.
I will support, educate & motivate you to find simple ways to better health, break through resistance and overcome self-sabotage.
Is health coaching for me?
Health coaching is for you if you can:
Commit to the process even when change becomes difficult, unappealing or too complicated. I am there specifically to help you get through these times and will work with you to find an alternative approach, or break things down into smaller steps or tweak the protocol in some other way that will make it more do-able for you.
Be compassionate with yourself. All change is hard, that’s why it makes such a difference to have a Health Coach by your side. Nobody is expecting perfection and you will be amazed at the compound long-term benefit of seemingly small and insignificant things.
Be honest with me so I can meet you where you are. There is no judgement in Health Coaching. I have been through my own health journey and understand what you are going through.
Ask questions. There is no need to commit to anything that you don’t fully understand, the more confident you are in the ‘reason why’ behind any suggestion, the easier it will be for you to implement it in your life.
Don’t throw in the towel too early. It sometimes takes months before real change starts to be experienced. The exciting thing about this process is that it is taking you closer and closer to total wellness.
Remember that working with me is like saving for your retirement, every little positive choice you make now will be an investment in your future health.
What should you expect?
We will meet initially for a health coaching taster session (virtually) and we will go through your health history together. This gives me an opportunity to fully understand you as a whole person, to identify any patterns I see and work with you holistically. It is important to share as much information as possible so that I can tailor my approach to your unique needs. If we decide to work together, then we will meet twice monthly for 4 months.
During subsequent sessions, we will work together to co-create the ideal Lifestyle Prescription for you, based on where you are in your health journey and what you are hoping to achieve. I will also help you identify and overcome any ‘blocks’ that get in the way of you reaching your goals. I am focussed on bringing about the behaviour changes necessary to help you experience long-term health – this means that these changes need to be ones you can stick to.
It is a normal part of the coaching process to experience set-backs and to go through times when your motivation drops, or you become ‘stuck’, or even that you feel things are not working. Try to be patient with yourself and the process – your biology is subtle and complex and is completely unique to you. Profound change is often not seen or felt immediately.
I will help you hold your faith at these times. It is, in fact, these tricky moments when working with a Health Coach becomes invaluable as I can help you re-frame blocks and explore different strategies and tactics that may sit more comfortably with your unique lifestyle and experience.
I will help keep you accountable to your own goals and will be reminding you of what you have achieved and the distance you have come.
At the end of the 4 month program, we can renew if you wish to continue working together and feel that there are more aspects of your health that may benefit from further health coaching.
